Mornings 10.30-11.30am -Yoga for beginners
Evenings 7-8pm – Intermediate
These yoga classes are little stronger for those students who are a little more use to practicing yoga. We begin to look for and hopefully notice the beginning and ending of each breath and movement.
Moving more gracefully from posture to posture, this brings more of the water element into our practice yet it is important that we are able to remain comfortable with the element stillness in our practice.
